In my advanced news production class, I am gaining hands-on experience by learning how to produce live news shows. From using Rundown Creator to writing headlines, teases and scripts, I have effectively produced three shows.

The Leap is a student-produced pop culture talkshow. Throughout my time on The Leap, I anchored six episodes, participated in in-studio segments and conducted person-on-the-street interviews.
In my introduction to visual journalism class in the spring of 2024, I learned how to shoot news packages using a Panasonic camera and edit them together using Final Cut Pro.
